One option no one has mentioned is ultra sabers sells quick connectors for the led modules. With this installed you can have several led modules with it installed and easily change them out. This would allow you to get light sound, you would still replace the switch but not the battery pack, and get whatever colours you want with the ability to swap them.

It's worth mentioning, for DIYers, that Obsidian Lite is not currently available to be purchased on its own.

I'm a fan of the quick disconnect feature. It allows you to change things up on a whim, without hitting your pocket all that hard.

Hello! there are a lot of good opinions on here. If you want to buy a different company board that costs less you could do that and get something cool. But really if you are buying from ultrasabers the best value is to just buy a saber with sound for a couple hundred bucks out the gate. Just buy another one!
