My pick will be Tony, Rogers, and Thor. Black Widow may die too but the new characters like Guardians, Strange, Peter, Vision, and Captain Marvel will be alive. They might even kill Clint or force him into retirement

I'm thinking only Cap will die.  He will go out in some grand gesture of sacrifice befitting his character and a statue will be erected of him.    Tony I think will simply finally retire with Pepper finally.  Thor has too much story left I think to kill him off.  He has to reestablish Asgard.
