A burger chain that's come to Houston. Red and white stripes. Also, I enjoy the reference to the videogame Five Nights at Freddies of which the restaurant has no clue of. |

Good reminder, I wasn't even thinking outside US. I'm not sure if they're even a national chain yet in the US. There's a few chains like that which are regional, so not even all Americans have got the same stuff. Sometimes that's half the fun is learning what different stuff some states have (plus countries). Freddies seemed to pop up around the same time as Five Guys and Smashburger (all burger places). Just name-dropping in case you've heard of them or not. |

Dry? ? Here, they’re greasy as all get out! To be honest I rarely eat out (maybe once every couple months). And I've only tried Five Guys three times, and that was about 9 years ago, so things may have changed. Although, burger places like Five Guys, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Byron etc don't tend to be greasy. I think they try (where possible) to cut down on excessive grease and be healthy. Or as healthy as a burger can get. But like I said, I'm hardly an authority on them. |

Of the 3 places I mentioned, they all tend to do this super squished patty thing, maybe to press out the grease/juice. I prefer my burger like my steak. Thick, with some life left in it. |
