You're welcome, I think I'm about 99% certain on the info I posted.

You may be interested in this website, though not 100% Canon, it does give a rough idea of who used which hilt in Star Wars and the Extended Universe (it's the EU details that are a little sketchy as the EU material was collected from so many sources.)
