just to be safe. But can I really make my saber
glow brighter than its standard?

I use Duracell NiMH rechargeables in my sabers. It makes it a bit brighter, and they're more economical.

Lithium Primary batteries, like the Energizer Lithiums, will provide more voltage and will make the LED a bit brighter as well.

Try going where it's darker! Sorry, I had to... I use energizer nimh rechargeables. I've tried the duracells but can't see a difference.
