:: Coryn Nabor, Jedi Apprentice ::
:: Tatooine, Mos Espa ::

Coryn relaxed again when the female acknowledged and accepted his clarification.

“Where’d you learn such good manners? It’s a bit out of place from my experience with other Nikto” The mercenary asked.

Coryn was cautious about his reply, but knew he could not evade an answer. “I was trained by an institution within the Republic to be something of a diplomat.” He replied, then realizing that they had never actually introduced themselves, he said, “My name is Coryn by the way. Coryn Nabor.”

As they entered the cantina Coryn nearly stumbled. The dark presence he had felt earlier had returned. It must have been inside the cantina, and it was too late to turn back now. He was supposed to be in the cantina for a meeting, and he was currently talking to a woman who was supposed to buy him a drink. He needed to finish his mission, or at least start his mission, and he could not do that without meeting his contact. So, Coryn continued. As he walked towards the counter with the mercenary, he was slowly searching the room with both the Force and his eyes. If his contact was here, he needed to find them quickly, and if there was a Sith here, he needed to know where they were.

There! He spotted the Sith in a corner with the big creature and the Mandolorian that the female mercenary had been speaking too before he had met her. An odd group. The Mandalorians had no love for the Sith, and if the creature was a Wookiee, it too would not be found with a Sith. And then there was the matter of the mercenary. She had been talking to the Mandalorian, so perhaps she belonged in that group as well. Coryn didn’t know, but it did not look like just a “friendly” gathering.

::Talon Gim, Mandalorian Mercenary::
::Tatooine, Mos Espa::

At the Dar'Jetii's words, Talon grunted quietly. He'd spotted the female mercenary from before coming down the steps behind a small Nikto who was dressed oddly for his kind. Behind his visor, the Mandalorian grunted again, instinct tingling down his arms. He drummed the index finger of his right hand on his belt beside one of his taken lightsabers. He'd taken it from a knight after crushing the man's head with his guantlets. Then he'd broken the saber and hung it on his belt, beside the others. Now he watched the small Nikto and the female mercenary as they descended into the bar, wondering if he'd need to kill them. The woman would have to die first, by his calculations, to isolate the Nikto.

As they got closer, Talon shifted his weight forward onto the balls of his feet, ready to move quickly. Leaving his right hand by his Beskad's  hilt, he raised his left hand enough that the Coynite would be able to see as he contorted his fingers into slow, steady war-signals. 'two, close. approaching'

:: Shriah Tharn, Human Mercenary ::
:: The Drink, Tatooine, Mos Espa ::

“Really?” Shriah said, “Something of a diplomat. Cute.” Now it was making all kinds of sense. He was definitely either a spy or a Jedi. Either one would spell nothing but trouble for her, since she was wanted on at least four Republic worlds. She was starting to lean toward the latter, but she had been wrong before. “You can call me Shriah.”

She took notice of the Mandalorian's movement, her hand dropping to her blaster. She did not really want to tangle with him, even though she was quite confident in her abilities. She did not want to waste time fighting with him if they were supposed to work together. Once the pair reached the bar she reached over a tugged on the bartender's sleeve.

“Corellian Whiskey, in a clean glass, and something for my friend here.” she said dropping enough money on the bar for both drinks. She turned to face the table where the group from the street sat. She gave a nod, acknowledging their presence.

::Barl, Coynite, Mercenary::
::Mos Espa, Tatooine::

Barl listened to Sallow describe the interception of multiple Imperial weapons shipments, as he looked around the bar. It seemed to the Coynite that if Imperial and Czerka shipments were being intercepted perhaps the Republic or one of its puppets were responsible, then again this was a Hutt world and the Republic were sending a representative so possibly it was the Hutts. Either way it did not matter much to Barl who the culprit was, galactic politics and cowardly strategies that were used by all sides were not his concern.

It was enough to know that whoever had been intercepting shipments and were likely responsible for the loss of the Czerka team, were almost certainly well-armed and audacious to the point of recklessness in their choice of targets.

Suddenly Barl experienced a shock of cold similar to which he had experienced outside, he turned around sharply and looked at Sallow who had his eyes closed.

“I believe our friends are arriving”
. The Sith said opening his eyes.

The cold sensation was gone as quickly as it came and left Barl wondering if he had picked up an illness on this world. He turned around to see the Human female Mercenary he had seen in the street enter the bar with a Nikto. Forgetting the cold sensation and the Siths accurate prediction, the Coynites lip curled automatically as he watched the Human and the hairless Nikto walk to the bar.
The feeling of distaste on seeing a hairless being was much less than when he had originally left Coyn and in truth the skin of a Nikto was not vastly different to a Coynite, but while Barls views had moderated the instant reaction was still there. Barls face returned to normal, if he was going to have to work with these two as well as the Sith and Mandalorian he would have to focus on being professional.

::Darth Sallow, Human Sith Lord::
::The Drink, Mos Espa, Tatooine::
Sallow shook his head, too good for their table, the arrogance, not that it was unexpected but still, still it tasked him. Sallow swallowed some of his pride, this mission wasn’t about him, it was about the Empire and making sure the Empire was afforded its proper respects.

“Now, there is plenty of room at this table for the friends we have made along the way,” Sallow called out. "Please human come to our table the bar keep will bring your Corellian Whiskey and Nikto come join our table. Unless I am mistaken we have much to discuss.”

Sallow looked over to the Mandealorian and shot him a look, a look that said I understand but keep calm.

:: Coryn Nabor, Jedi Apprentice ::
:: Tatooine, Mos Espa, The Drink ::

Coryn realized his mistake too late. He had said that he was trained in the Republic. Now that specifically would not give away the fact that he was a Jedi, but it did tell them that he was with the Republic. It was too late to change what he had said though, so he made the best of it. Shriah, as he now knew her name to be, had ordered herself a drink, and one for Coryn as well. Coryn was not really much of a drinker, but he had already nearly offended Shriah once and he did not want to do the same thing again.

Just then he heard the Dark one yell across the room to them to come take a seat with them. Coryn did not like the look of the three companions, but he figured it was better that followed Shriah, especially if these where his contacts which was seeming more and more likely. Before walking over to where the Sith was sitting he turned to the barkeep.

“Ardees for me.” He said, then before he could change his mind again, he followed Shriah to the table. He could sense the tension in the Force, but he had to ignore that if he was going to succeed with his mission.

:: Shriah Tharn, Human Mercenary ::

Shriah heard the darkly robed man call out, but she chose to ignore him until the bartender was finished with her drink. Once she had her beverage in hand she made her way toward the waiting group. She could hear the Nabor's footsteps behind her, and she began to wonder if there would be trouble between the Nikto and the man who seemed to look like a Sith.

Deliberately she sat next to the Mandalorian and flashed him a mischievous grin.

"You really need to lighten up, Lover." she said teasingly, "If I was going to cause trouble, I'd have done it by now."

:: Talon Gim, Mandalorian Mercenary::
:: Mos Eisley, Tatooine::

At the Dar'Jetii's look, Talon relaxed slightly and settled back into his seat, though his hand stayed near the grip of his heavy Beskad. Behind the polarized material of his T-shaped visor, he watched the human mercenary and the Nikto-who-may-be-Jetii as they came across the bar to sit at the table, the woman settling down beside him.

Talon glanced over at her, but didn't respond to her statement, looking past her to the Nikto and studying him intently. After several minutes of silence, he turned his head to look over at the Dar'Jetii, his posture patient.

::Barl, Coynite, Mercenary::
::Mos Espa,Tatooine::

Barl nodded his head slightly in acknowledgement to the Human and the Nikto as they approached the table. The Coynite adjusted himself on the chair that was really to small for him and finally took off his backpack which he placed with his Coyn’skar. The Coynite carefully slid his around bowcaster so it sat more comfortably, against his side, he was careful to move it in such a way, using the strap, that it was obvious he was not about to use it.

The Human sat at the table next to the Mandalorian and passed a comment to him which elicited no reply. Barl looked around at the company and rolled his shoulders, there was tension in the air, he had already made up his mind, if there was trouble he was going to upend the heavy table and use it to ram any enemies into the wall he would then give them the honour of feeling his D’skar dagger. Which was his most useful weapon for close range fighting.
