Sentinel Yellow or Artic Blue?

So my heart desires SY, but my brain says AB. I'm looking into ordering my first saber, and I love yellow, but I think the blue would have better color maybe idk, I have had zero real life experience with ultrasabers and I want to make a educated decision!

yeah I really like SY, but there that color seems very inconsistent in photos or videos, sometime it's looks sweet, and sometimes it looks washed out for something. I just wanna have an awesome saber. Especially for when I go back to Disney for Galaxy's Edge.

You, sir, are a man after my own heart!  Those are my two favorites as well, and I have both.

I will say this: SY looks much better in a darker hilt, and AB just pops in lighter hilts.  As you're looking at the Sentinel LE V5, I would order that with AB and know you're going to get an AMAZING looking saber.

I have two Aeon LE v3, similar to the Sentinel, and both have AB. I LOVE IT The Blue looks awaesome on those silver and gold hilts. But so does SY, and you're right, it was quite inconsistent until a few months ago. But then it was added to the "official" colour dropdown menu (it was an experimental forum-only colour before), which normally means that the colour is now consistent enough to be offered the "official" way.

Just FYI, the photo on the Ultrasabers website for the Sentinel LE V5 shows the hilt with an AB blade lit.  

One upgrade I would recommend - the Sentinel LE V5 looks absolutely awesome with a War Glaive pommel.  Also improves the balance and handling.  

I have a Dark version, also in AB (Tri-Cree) with the Dark War Glaive pommel.  The normal one is the same, just all silver...  (It is next to my Dominix V3, which is ironically SY)

See when it's next to the blue, it look Almost white. I like that the blue is very blue!

Here's an older shot I have, the middle saber is an Aeon V4 with an Emerald, it was set to Arctic Blue but I had a little extra white in it.  The Dominix V4 LE on the left of it is also AB, and the far left is green.



Yes, the blue is definitely blue, but AB is very bright.  One note: the Tri-Cree AB runs a tad more to the green, with a slight aqua color, while the single LED AB is more blue-white.  I actually prefer the single LED AB to the Tri-Cree for that reason.

I personally think AB is the best color of if all of them, so that's where my vote goes. Also (don't know if you're getting sound) but the Tri Cree AB is just that much better!

Forgot to mention that - I have the standard AB LED module, not the Tri-Cree version.
