Hello, I have a question. I own a saber with diamond board and the Li-Ion Battery Pack. When I leave the sword fully charged for a week or two without touching it, the Batteries are completely depleted. Why? Is the board constantly using energy?

And my charger for the hilt-plugin died. Did that happen to more customers?

Greetings, Odion

Yes, the boards need energy in stand-by. But the drain is unusually high. Normally the sabers can stay in stand-by for several weeks until the batteries are getting low...

As for the charger, contact Marlena (marlena@ultrasabers.com) from Customer Service. She should be able to fix that. I haven't heard of that yet...the chargers are quite reliable, actually.
