Day Blades

Okay I know this is personal preference, but I'm curious what the general thoughts are? Oh and it is a couple of questions.

A) Since day blades are already a specific color, would you use them at night or indoors?
- It kind of looses some of the Power-Up effect.
- I don't own a Day Blade yet, do they look good during power up?

B) Would you buy both a Thin and Thick wall Day blade or only the Thick wall in case you ever want to duel?
- The thick wall blades tend to be not quite a bright. But can you really tell?

I've got a couple of thoughts, but before I run out and starting buying things I thought I might hear from the group.

A. Day blade use: can be used day or night. Yes they are usually a solid color. As per the start up depends on color of blade and saber.  However, I have also seen blades that have a pattern on them that can look cool.

B. Thin or thick? I do not own any thin blades. But if you had a cheap light a thin blade would be an option.  If you were training a day blade could be used to appear if you did not want sound and did not have mute option.  Honestly, I do not know.

Final thought, if YOU think you need it, or simply want it, GO FOR IT. If it is harming no one and you want to wear a inflatable T. rex suit and saber battle... Do That.  Be as accurate or you perception accurate as you desire, and your wallet can afford. That being said... once the my little pony theme starts...  I am OUT 😈

I have four day blades. My son and I only use them to spar during day time. At night we go right back to the heavy grade ultra edge blades. 
 Shop around, some are expensive and low quality.  I found some that are really inexpensive, high quality and come with a life time warranty!

To clarify,  during the day, we don't even turn our sabers on when we use the day blades. They are pointless at night if you have an emerald or diamond saber.  Heavy grade blades work great all the time.

 Day blades for the look during bright light or low batteries.  Heavy grade all the time!
