So I've sent my sentinel V5 stunt saber back to Ultrasaber once already for this problem they fixed it. fast forward 2 weeks and the AV switch started unlatching again closer to my dueling power rather than my light sparring, so improvement at the least.

Is there any upgrades I can do to keep it from failing?

UPDATE: It's getting sent back again, hopefully for the final time, and as far as I can tell by the lack of information on the forums and the confused responses from the U.S. rep this is an extremely rare issue.
