So just received my first UltraSaber and man I'm stoked!! Will definitely be doing a review tomorrow after I play with it for a day. But my question is.... There's a roll of plastic film inside the blade itself. Do you leave that in or remove it or does it matter?

Leave it in, it diffuses the light throughout the blade, it is called blade film.
