I have the right type of usb cables, have tried both usb 2 and 3.0 and a hub, the latest diamond software is installed with the latest firmware on my windows 10, the batteries are fully charged, the windows default sounds for connecting/disconnecting a device play fine, but no matter what i try the launcher is not seeing my saber connected.. my device manager sees the controller but with a yellow (!), and when trying to update the driver, it says it cannot and to contact manufacturer..
PLease help ..

Are you using a USB hub regardless of the type of cable? I seem to remember hearing that the interface between the saber and the launcher software does not work well via a USB hub.

Thank you, i actually have it connected now, i had to reconnect the plug a few times again, but i am still unable to test any colors or sounds, which means no writing ... any tips

Make sure you are making changes under the Diamond Controller tab.

I think thats what happen, i think that the launcher is actually a suite for different circuits, for some reason, i can test and overwrite things in the diamond controller but not the emerald or obsidian tabs..  |

RESOLVED (mostly) ..
I was using the software for emerald circuit board..
now i can arrange my fonts.. still getting used to it tho, might still run into something i no nothing about lol
