USB ports are on the board,  which is attached to the battery pack.
Have to take out the battery pack to get at the port

the usb worked the first few times but now my computer or the launcher doesn't detect that it is plugged in and I tried reinstalling and using different cables and usb ports not sure is windows 10 or a launcher issue

Sorry and it still is not working after fully charged my computer doesn't detect it either.
