Does anyone know if you get the screw also when you order a covertech wheel from US? It's not pictured with it. Thanks

Yes, it comes with the screw.   The screw is an 8/32 size, same as the blade retention screws, if that is helpful.    I've drilled and tapped several of my own covertec installs.  Just watch the internals when you drill the hole....   :-)
