what size wrench is needed to tighten the covertec wheel? I've tried all my hex wrenches and none seem to fit thanks in advance

That'd be the 9/64" hex wrench, and don't even try a metric one.  So for the Covertec wheel, it's 9/64", and for the blade retention screws, it's 5/64".
