This is my first Ultrasabers lightsaber, which I purchased at Planet Comicon in Kansas City a couple of years ago. It is a Manticore with an orange blade, so I thought I'd spruce it up a bit with some orange enamel paint. The picture looks a bit more red than it actually is, but still shows what a few lines of paint can accomplish. https://photos.app.goo.gl/uRt4W4FNynzXS9p8AI'm planning on doing something similar with my blue-bladed Aeon, but with blue fluorescent paint.  |

Just your standard Testors Orange (which is more blacklight responsive than I expected). It's a little old and slightly dried out, which I didn't realize until I got a fresh jar of Fluorescent Blue for my Aeon. So, I'll have to add a bit of thinner for the future. Still, went on pretty smooth. |

Add a source of black light when you’re taking pictures for the forum, so we can see how it looks both with and without that augmentation. THAT would be fun. |

I'll see if I can get some good pics with the black light. Hard to tell how the camera will do with that, but it's worth a shot! Yeah, that’s why I suggested using the black light to augment the visible light; I thought it might be easier for the camera to capture the image that way. |
