If you can't help that's fine. I just want to know if anyone has had this problem. I take good care of my sabers and have no idea why this is happening. Read description in video for more details.

All I can say is contact CustomerService@UltraSabers.com — sorry.  Sad  I know it’s out of warranty (based on how long you said it’s been idle), but that’s the best suggestion I have.
