I get you, there are many days I force myself to go out and train to just break up the monotony. And others where I'd like to but just can't muster the desire to commit fully in this current state of affairs. It's not an easy time for certain, but I find the passion to commit to these moments rewarding in the end even if not always a success. Not every day is at it's core easy to find ways or motivations to participate in the things we love, but in ways I find that as often more reason to make the attempts in spite of this. This world has taken much over the course of a year, some days I refuse to let it rob me of my joy or enjoyment of my hobbies as well. Easier said than done I know, but there is a certain pride in simply making the effort. Countless among us know how hard it's been, but getting back up again with resolve can reinforce that determination. I suppose I simply mean it's important to keep fighting for those things that drive us, our passions we loved and held dear, even in spite of ourselves at times. Or at least that's how I've come to view it. Best of luck, it's taken me days and weeks to get together some of the photos I wanted to... but setting or adjusting the goals keeps me moving towards them. Projects help me keep focused, and having solid objectives. Even if it takes forever to finally post them, in the mean time it keeps me busy. |
