It needs to be smaller to really play. I’m thinking 1/4” to 1/2” diameter max. Sound would be problematic, to say the least, but you probably wouldn’t hear it anyway if you were really playing. The hilts could still be quite detailed, and perhaps have a 12mm AV somewhere, and even some grebles. Youd still be able to power it with an 18650 if needed, and could get a relatively bright led if you could figure out how to focus it.

Damn. I actually thought we had a unique idea. Turns out DV found it to be completely commercialized. However, I still think a mini saber hilt, that looks and functions like a saber, would be better, not just visually, but also hold up better to real world use. Plus, it would just be frickin cooler.😎
