I'm new to the Saber community. Long time fan of Star Wars, saw it in the theater as a kid and have even built my own R2-D2 via 3D printing. A friend of mine showed me his Ultrasaber and I couldn't believe the quality! I just HAD to buy one. I'm afraid I'm going to get hooked and start ordering mystery boxes! lol
I'm just outside of Knoxville and enjoy attending the Fanboy Expo con we have here every year around July/August. Hope to meet some of you there in person!

Heya David! Welcome to a great hobby and a little bit of an addiction. lol What interests you the most atm? Spinning? Sparring? Cosplay? What saber did you purchase? Please be sure to post pics or even a video when it arrives! (On that note...plz be patient with US. They are still super swamped and most custom orders have a 4 to 5 week lead time atm)
I lived out in Ten Mile, TN (Roane County) for awhile. Did K-ville ever finish all the construction?

I know Ten Mile very well! LOL No, K-Ville will NEVER finish construction, it's perpetual!
My interest is mainly Cosplay since I have my own R2 who will go to events. I bought the Apprentice V5 with the Emerald driver and didn't realize it came without sound so now I'm attempting to add the Obsidian card and change out the switch myself! Yikes!

You've made me curious when you mentioned an R2 unit that comes with you to cons.
I have a picture in my head of a R2-unit that follows you along like a little dog, but I think that might not be the case...
Anyway, pictures are always more then welcome!
