Aeon V4 pike extension

Hey all, wanted to run something by the community before I get too ahead of myself.

Received my Aeon V4 last week, and I'm super happy with it as a 2 handed duel stick. I've been tossing the idea around about getting a modular extension for it so I can use is as a pike for TSL exotics, but I'm not thrilled about the idea of using the US yari extensions. Looking through the various bits and pieces on TCSS, I was curious if anyone had used one of the MHS V1 to V2 adapters to reduce the size, and how well it worked. Along with that, does anyone happen to know what the thread diameter that they use is, in case I were looking to just get a single length of tubing and thread it myself?
