Can someone please give me some guidance on pommels? I've been trying to get an answer from Ultrasabers, but have yet to be successful. Anyways, can anyone let me know if Ultrasabers pommels are interchangeable? I have the Dominix LE V4...and would like to get something like the archon pommel. Is this going to be possible?

Ana said they won't do emitter/pommel swaps at the factory, but if your hilt is MHS-pommel compatible, you can buy the extra part(s) and do it yourself. (I inquired regarding swapping out the dominicide emitters with a more expensive emitter and paying the difference, she said they can't) (though I'm guessing if it was in-stock and I pay full price for the emitter part, they might pre-assemble the emitter and ship the dominicide claws separately...) your dominix le v4 does have Removable pommel (MHS compatible) ... that means it can swap with anything in this page: https://ultrasabers.com/product-category/pommels/ |

All v3, v4, v5's are MHS compatible, some hilts only have pommels that come off, but the higher ends also have interchangeble emitters.
If you're unsure, just read the description of the blade, it should mentions something about MHS compatibility.
Specificly for the pommel, unless US changed their side, you should be able to choose a different pommel when assembling your saber. It will be sent to you with that pommel attached instead of the standard pommel.

They are. The only saber hilts in the US inventory that has a non-interchangable pommel are the Aeon/Dominix V2s and the initiate v2s. Everything else is MHS compatible and you can put any pommel on any other saber. Personally, on the Dominix LE V4 I like the Renegade LE small....  |

Apologies in advance for the threadjacking... Karmack, I notice you use the same (or similar) broom mount as I do (so far, I mounted 2 out of the 4 that I bought)... however, I was wondering something... do we have those mounted upside down? logically/physics-wise, it seems like it would make more sense for the longer segment to be on the bottom, so that when holding a weight, the 'ripping off the wall' effect would push the longer end back toward the wall... having the longer end up like you have in your pic, would have the tendency to 'peel away'. (granted, mine's 10lb rated and it's only holding around 2lb) Also, did you mount it on a painted surface? when I was shopping for the broom holder, all the reviews (and the product description) seem to say "don't mount on painted drywall".... I have mine stuck to the side of Ikea bookshelves right now. |

Hey DarthSyronimus,
these mounts are actually symmetrical top and bottom, but it is hard to tell. they were in fact mounted to painted drywall. I have mounted several of these and so far no issues. It does pay to be gentle when placin or removing them.

Thanks guys. Simple is always better, IMHO, and the pommels set them off nicely. I really like the Archon and the Renegade on the V4s, but the Malice Round looks good, too. That's the one on the Initiate V4 / extension hilt. And technically the V3 has an upgrade pommel, as it is sporting the V4 pommel (I prefer the slight taper).
