Peace & Purpose

« on: February 23, 2020, 03:15:24 AM »

I have a pretty nice idea for a pvc hilt I'd like to attempt and thought I'd bounce some ideas with y'all.

iI'd ike to be able to incorporate electronics and have some questions

option 1: go cannibal

How difficult would it be to use electronics from a toy?

option 2: sledding
Does US have plug-&-play electronics only?

option 3: The other guy

because I know other places have p&p kits: what size pvc would be recommended for the electronics with a sled?

is this a dumb idea? (closes eyes & awaits answer) >·<

Not a dumb idea, no.
PVC can, in fact, be very versatile.

Ultrasabers doesn't offer PnP setups that I'm aware of

Never cannibalized a Hasbro saber, so I can't help you there.

Not crazy about some of the 'other guys,' so I'll stay off that one

Biggest thing on interior diameter is going to be your blade size
