Just got my ultrasaber in  yesterday (diamond grand master) and everything was working just fine, but suddenly the sound stopped working. It still lights up and clashes, but no sound comes out. I've tried charging the batteries to see if that was the issue. But no cigar. Has anyone else had this issue? Is it something that can easily be fixed or does it need to be sent back for warranty?

have you tried hold-button-stab to change to other fonts?

(edit: hold-button-stab to get into font changing mode, then rotate to switch font banks)

(edit 2: KaiserSoSay's suggestion is better as I think the volume level would still be 0 after switching banks)

While the saber is powered on, hold the button and trigger flash on clash twice. The blade will go dark. Tilt the blade down to lower or mute the volume. Tilt the blade up to increase the volume. Press the button once more to exit the volume adjustment menu.

 I did the same thing by accident when I first got a diamond saber. Didn't even realize I did it.
If that doesn't help, let me know?
