Are the speaker sizes in certain ultrasabers larger than others? I have a Consular with the Episode 1 font. I'm trying to figure out why the Episode 1 font on my Graflex sounds less impressive. They both have v3 soundboards.

They're all 28mm at UltraSabers but the ohms are different and you can choose between a bass and a premium if you go after market

They sound different because of the difference in pommels mostly. The deeper pommel on the Consular act's better as a resonance chamber and helps to amplify the sound.

Exactly.  The Graflex is a great hilt but its short.   :-)   The deep pommels sound better because they're better at resonating the sound.
