still waiting for US to get back to me, I think I need to wait for them to give me an RMA before sending the Dominicide back to them... but they've been busy... might have to rejoin the [im]patiently waiting [for a response] thread. Cheesy

It's been a while since I updated.... here's the current situation... just a few days before the infamous CSR Email, I finally got an RMA to send back the Dom... Dom sent back 5/23, tracking said it arrived 5/26.   Within a few days, I got a FedEx notification for 6/1 shipping, 6/4 delivery.  I wasn't sure at first if that was the mysterybox I ordered, but I just got an email from a new CSR letting me know it's the Dom!

Will update again once Dom's back up and running.

I'm thinking I shouldn't share the new CSR's email account and risk her getting bombarded and then [whatever happened] as well...

However, in a grim-news day (I really should go back to my old lifestyle of not reading the news) this came in my inbox and brought a lot of hope and joy...

Got my Dominicide back... Repair report has this for a quick summary:
Issue: Diamond Controller not responding
Solution: replaced Diamond Controller

LOL.  Anyway, it came back and wouldn't switch fonts (hold-AV, stab didn't do anything) so I finally connected it to my PC and found out it had a very old firmware onboard.  Immediately upgraded to 243    So I'm curious what hardware version your USLauncher reports in Diagnostics.  Mine is:
