Sorry for the late replys but i have answered ... i also will have new news for the US family. i spoiled it for the 2 who inquired but now you all have to wait longer.... maybe they tell you... maybe they dont.... but its good for all lol

I really don't know what kinda fairy magic is in these chassis... Every time I shake it candy comes out!  and when I touch the blade to something... Star Wars cards and stickers appear!  Again, you really need to get some of these chassis in your pommels! A++++ |

I am interested in Diamond (because I have one, with another to come soon, and the possibility of ordering a third chassis for a buddy who also has one), but it looks like three would be my max order. So, for whatever that’s worth, you have my input.
And $2 extra for custom color is not a deal-breaker for me.
I also would be interested in chassis designed for Diamond cards. Even if it's just a clamshell design that fits above the speaker and just makes it so there's no wobble movement for the card would be a great improvement. I periodically get a short and shutoff if the usb connection touches the inside of the hilt. I really see this in my Graflex hilts, for example. |

I've used 1.25 OD poly tubing for chassis but it requires much cutting, trimming and sanding and i'm getting too old to do it myself, because I don't have access to the machining tools to do it automatically anymore. Company I work for sold off their CNC machines & lathes and only work with 3D printers I don't have the knowledge to set up in CAD. |

I have offered and still do to all forum members ( no strings ) if you need a CAD drawing done or a 3d printer file |

Now that I was able to breath a sigh of relief on Friday once I got my son's saber back in order, I put in an order for 2 chassis. Look forward to installing them!
