Need help with order saber settings I lost

Hello I tried making a new light and sound configuration on my saber with your DL software and some how has lost the special configuration I had on my order of purchase ( still have the default ones just special order configuration). How to get it back or do I have to make new configuration and set it up myself to get it back?

Which soundboard are you referring to?

I'm not a Diamond whiz, but I think that if you formatted, or wiped the board memory, and didn't save the settings that were on there, they're most likely gone.   

Like I said though, perhaps someone better educated in such things can help...
