I recently got a Guardian Diamond saber, I had it shipped with an idle pulse but I decided I don't want the pulse so when I open the launcher and go to the Emerald LED driver tab and uncheck the pulse box it isn't letting me save that setting, when I unplug my saber it just defaults back to pulsing this is frustrating because I can't get a hold of ultrasabers they're not answering their phone, and not replying to my emails.

I did but it is no help the tab on the left of the launcher page is not highlighted it's dark and you can't click on it, the write to board tab is what you are supposed to click when you are done and ready to save your changes but for some reason it's not letting me.

You need to read from board first to establish the baseline settings before you can change them. Try that and let me know if it works

I can't do that either the "Read from board" "Write to board" and the "Driver config" buttons are not highlighted at all for some reason that's the problem I don't understand why they are basically turned off or disabled, the Load Defaults, Load from file, and the Save to file buttons are highlighted and can be selected.

Are you sure the board is connected? Can you change the color and click test to see it?

I realize it's been like two weeks, and you probably already figured this out yourself, but this is your problem.  Diamond sabers need to be edited with the diamond controller tab.  If you're in the emerald led tab it's gonna be looking for software that isn't there and it won't actually do anything.

Sounds like you're trying to edit Diamond effects with the Emerald editor.  Use the Diamond Controller tab.

When the saber was found correctly, the software should switch to the Diamond controller tab itself. This is how it works for me. Just my 2 cents. ^^

You're right, it should.  But I know the first time I started the program I didn't think the diamond tab looked right, and immediately went to the emerald led tab.  After a few minutes of not knowing why it wasn't working, I finally tried the font editor in the diamond tab.
