My teen loves his stunt saber but May 4th we were swinging out sabers around and his stopped lighting up. We put in new batteries and it worked again for 10 minutes before dying again. Looking to learn how to take the wiring out and solder it together if it's a loose connection. I found this link, is this what I need to fix it? Is there a video tutorial that I can follow?

Which battery setup did you order it with? And what kind of batteries did you put in?

I'm using regular Energizer batteries, found out after posting the kids put the batteries in wrong. Working now. Thanks!

I found that Rayovac batteries last the longest in my sabers.  I get a huge apocalypse size pack from WallyWorld, and they last a long time.
