Hey guys!
I'm having an issue with my beloved saber. Every time I turn it on, the light slowly brightens up and has a very dim glow, plus no sound! I've charged the batteries full and still, the same thing. I connected the Daimond Controller to my computer and it shows all my fonts are wiped, plus I cant choose a color. The color options are all black and the test color is white. Did the board crash? Anyone on here have any helpful tips?

As for the lack of settings availability, make sure you're in the Diamond tab and not in Emerald and/or Obsidian!
For the light/sound issue: What batteries are you using? You need 2x Li-Ion batteries that were provided with the saber (14500, 3.7v, PCB protected), normal AA's won't work.

If one of the cells somehow died that could be the issue, but otherwise my first guess would be an issue with the board.

It could also be the Silent font that has been activated. You can check that in the Diamond tab. Temporarily change to another font (even if it's not the Silent font that is active) and check if the problem persists.
