Hello all, recently I've been considering swapping out my Obsidian V4 board for one of the boards from the "other guys". Would this be possible? Thanks.

As long as you wire the led, switch, and speaker, (or whatever your setup is) to the correct locations on the new board it should be totally fine. Also double check the requirements for the power source and the volt/Amp usage for the components in case you need to add/remove resistors

Arc is correct, as long as you have a little know how you can really put anything in an US hilt.  A couple of my stunts have seen some upgrades with different electronics.

It's a fair question to ask, but let's leave it at that because this is not a forum for non US distributed electronics.

Okay, so with that being said, could I take the old Obsidian V4 and wire it to a saber that had Obsidian Lite?

You will have to switch out the batteries too as the lite uses double or triple As, and the v3/v4 uses li-ion

Since my Flamberge uses a BuckPuck, would that negate the need to add or remove resistors depending on the volt/amp requirements of the other board?

Probably yes? The emerald board and the diamond regulate in place of the buck Puck and resistors I think. I don't have any sabers with a buck Puck personally so someone else can confirm.
