Have you tried Wookieepedia? https://starwars.fandom.com/wiki/Main_Page

Non-saber sword tech? You mean like, katanas? Longswords?

This would be something I am looking for a Katana style for LightSabers. Not sure where to find it though.

Just to make sure I understand correctly.

You're hoping to find an existing saber / longsword style or form that is used in SW but is not lightsaber-fancy-flurrying?

Or are you looking for a saber / longsword style or form that you can practice while holding a lightsaber?

Vibroblades, cortosis-lined weapons of various kinds, pre-lightsaber "Force swords", and a variety of other melee weapons (including Rey's staff in the sequels) exist in Star Wars legends and canon, many predating lightsabers, some superceded by them. There's no specific "canon" fighting styles named or described meaningfully for any such weapons, as far as I know.

Not 100% sure this was the question, but it seemed to me like the most logical guess based on how the question was phrased.
