Diamond board help

Hey Guys,

I was hoping to not have to do this, but I can't get the saber to connect.

1. I have the launcher open (Newest version)
2. I have the saber turned on
3. I connect the saber to the computer and I hear the standard Win 10 Bing of a newly connected device.

Here is where I run into the problem.  My understanding is that the saber should stop humming and the light should turn off when it becomes connected.  That doesn't happen.  The saber just maintains the hum and the set lighting.  The launcher never sees the saber.

Thoughts?

OK, I have no idea what I did, but I have to go into the system devices and search for changes.

While that appears to do nothing, the next time I plugged the saber in it turned off and connected.
