Hi, i was outside dueling with my nephew and i dropped my saber on it's pommel. It turned off and will not turn back on. I'm really freaked out because i don't know what to do. Please help me.

Make sure the batteries are seated back in the holder solid. They get shook loose easy.  I dropped one (Reaper with Obsidian V3 and Emerald) off of a motorcycle at 70 mph once. I went back and picked it up and it wouldn't turn on. So I took out the batteries and reinserted them and it fired right up. Still works good now 5 years later.

I've tried that but it isn't working. The batteries are 100% fully charged but nothing happens when i put them in. Not even the tag sound when they first pop in.

Try some black electrical tape around the battery's chassis. Your saber will thank you!

Well the next most likely after a drop on the end is a broke wire. Often it happens up near the switch.

Do OK, something doesn't make sense... you say you've checked to make sure your batteries are fully seated, but then you said you don't know how to take the electronics out.
The batteries/board ARE the electronics.

If thats what confused you, slide the batteries/board back out, take a flashlight and look past it inside for any loose wires.

Alright, so i took it apart and fount that one of the batteries is completely dead and won't charge. So im going to guess that the soundboard is fine and that i just need a new battery.
