Hello,

I recently ordered a Menace CE with v4 soundboard, and when I tried to connect the cable to the soundboard it won't fit? I'm confused on what to do, I was really looking forward to adding some custom saber sounds. Does anyone know what I should do or if I'm doing something wrong?

Well, if you're trying to use a Micro USB cable, that would be why it doesn't work.

The instructions specifically state that it requires a Mini USB cable.

I ordered a mini USB cable to go along with it when I was going through the customization process. The one that came in the order is what I assume to be a mini USB cable, which is what I ordered, and it doesn't fit.

On rare occasions I have seen the ports rattle in the saber enough to slightly bend, preventing the cable from going in. If this is the case in yours it can usually be remedied with some small jewelers pliers if you are confident in your abilities. If you are not sure email US about warranty service as that sort if damage shouldn't happen when the board is correctly mounted.
