Timeline of events:
September 7th, 2020: Order placed.
September 9th: Received an unprompted email from Laura in Customer Service to inform me of a back order on Ultra-Edge Mid Grade blades with pointed tip. I was given three options, and I chose to change order to UE Mid Grade blade with round tip.
September 9th (later that afternoon): Order Completed, Shipped
September 11th: Delivered to Post Office (I was on the road, and put mail on hold)
5 DAY TURNAROUNDSo, clearly UltraSabers is holding to their classic fast turnaround with in-stock items. It's unfortunate that complex orders with multiple sabers combined with back-ordered parts are causing long waits - but hardly the fault of UltraSabers themselves.
I'm STILL a happy customer! For those waiting on a 3 month+ wait time, don't lose faith!!
