Thank you very much! Love the yellow. The yellow really does work for lightsabers. I always wondered why the movies didn't feature any Jedi with yellow-bladed sabers. |

Point for you, both for the awesomeness of your designs, and the wicked sweet compliment of my own.  You seriously have some SWEET saber designs there! I love the one you titled the Wood Spirit, that spiral on the grip is just sick beyond reason. That whole page of designs in particular was just awesome, but I love that one. Has a nice organic feel to it, but it melds well with the tech elements. |

Same reason Luke's lightsabre blade changed colors in RotJ, I imagine... doesn't show up well against all backgrounds. |

I would have liked to see some yellow in there, but I kinda understand why they didn't. Like Jenny said, they changed Luke's ROTJ saber from blue to green due to visual issues, so that's where they got green at. I think they were just attempting to stick with the color symbolism as best they could, with green and blue being Jedi colors and red being Sith colors. Mace just got his own color because Samuel L. Jackson requested it - and who's gonna say no to him? Personally I think they should have at least let the Council members have some unique colors, but that's just me. It's also off topic. Pretty awesome designs man! |

Thanks a bunch for your kind words! Lightsabers are just so fun to draw, since every one is unique. Maybe I'll make a more elaborate Wood Spirit design, since that one seemed to be a favorite  |

Point. You read it right. The Cherry Blossom was one of my favorites as well, and I actually blew that one up and made a more detailed hilt design.
