Emerald blue light not working

Hi, Just received my order a few days ago. My Dark Initiate LE v5 (Emerald, Obsidian v4, RGBW Led) was set factory on Violet amethyst, Flash on clash set to off, Pulse set to off.   Started it for a few minutes, was working well. Then started to flicker from Violet amethyst to Red, then stayed on red.

I connected the saber to PC and tried the customisation software.  It seem that the Blue part of the LED is not working. Sometime work for a few seconds and then start to flicker to oblivion... I also disassembled to get a look at the actual LED and on any color setup, the red LED seem to lite up ever so slightly. 

I.E. : If I set the LED to R:0% G:0% B:100% W:0% , all i get is the red LED that is glowing weakly and no blue.  If i set to R:100% all other 0%, it perform as intended.  If I set All RGBW : 0,4% (minimum allowed in software) they all lite up except blue and the red one is brighter than in other "weak glow senarios" (which tell me the red glow is bellow normal minimum operation).  If I set All RGBW to 0% I still get the red weak glow. 

My next option is probably to call Customer Services but if I could benefit from you guy's pool of knowledge and not have to send it back and loose it for a while, it would be nice.

Looks like there is a problem with the wiring. Check all connections and solder points that you can access - but don't temper with it when you find something, this would void the warranty! Unless you know what you're doing, let Ultrasabers do the repair work.

I was afraid of this answer... i don't want to void the warranty.  I sent an Email to a Customer services representative and copied my forum post so that they can orient my course of action.  Still, if any of you could give me advice I would try or have electronic specialist in town get a look.  I'll try and have a look at the solder points and connections.

You said you already looked at the LED and didn't find anything unusual there. Have a look at the wiring near the Emerald Driver then, to see if there's everything alright as well.

That would at least explain the lack of Blue, but not the red glow even with all sliders at 0...
