Lightsaber Clip in a Pinch suggestions.....

Anyone have any suggestions on something to substitute the belt clip?  I have three of the bastards but they are apparently not where I remember putting them.  Halloween is now knocking and I find myself without a way to secure my saber.

Hi Darth Tepes, not sure which sabers you need to hang, but maybe a Maglite belt loop holder might work or if you can find one (and can order/buy one in time) a belt loop for an ax handle might work, something like these: https://www.etsy.com/uk/market/axe_belt_loop

let's hack this more hackfully. 

I assume you have a belt of some kind.  Get some twist ties, longer, close-fitting wrapper.

If you have a strip of velcro, wrap it where the belt clip would have gone around the belt.  Or use the longer piece of twist-tie to do the same.

This is your anchor point on the belt.

Now, using a shorter (but not too freaking short) twist-tie, wrap it around the covertec wheel on the lightsaber so it it sinks into the groove, and twist it a couple times. 

You want enough left over end to slip through the anchor point on the belt and twist tie that and fold the ends over.

Simple, hopefully free.

Hey everyone...thanks for the suggestions... I managed to rig it though.  I took a belt clip off of a Tape Measure and replaced the Wheel with it....wouldn't be good for dueling but works for aesthetics.  Points incoming to you all.
