Diamond red channel not working

I just received (and when I say that, I mean I unboxed it less than an hour ago at the time of my posting this) my first Diamond saber, a Dark Sentinel LE V5. I placed the order for it in May.

I chose the RGBW color channel and set the blade color to Bane's Heart with a red flash.

Upon turning the saber on, I got dark Indigo with a white flash. And upon cycling through the starting Diamond fonts, I discovered that the orange, red and yellow fonts emitted no light whatsoever.

How do I fix this problem?
