Are there any emmiters that the v2 initiate lightsabers can use?

No. The V2 is just a 1 piece body emitter assembly. Only the pommel comes off and only V2 pommels fit that.

Your only option for emitters for the V2 would be to go full-on modification mode and weld or otherwise custom-attach one.   It would require machining or welding of some kind, though.
