This forum is fans and customers. Staff really doesn't come on here much. Many of us can answer many types of questions unless they are order or service specific. But the only way to really get to staff is through e-mails.
Yep, just saying it again. The people here are not the company, we're not their representatives or employees. Think of it like you're playing a game with your friends online and you all can talk to each other, that's similar to this... just fans/purchasers/users of the products talking about how fun it can be or different related things. You wouldn't join a chat with your friends hopeful to talk to the game's developers or tech support. That's a whole different thing... and they do have their own issues going on for sure right now. Just keep checking your e-mail and stand by, it all tends to get handled eventually. But for sure they've faced an extraordinarily trying year. Patience is the best path at the moment.
