Just got my saber in last night and I must say its amazing. Solid build with no rattle coming from the batteries in hilt while spinning. Having the silver groves through the hilts give a nice accent to the handle plus have a great feel for gripping. The hidden coupler to make the two sabers a staff is wonderful and tight with no loose connection for a solid feel in staff form. The Violet Amethyst color is very bright and even through the 32" ultra-heavy edge blades. I did not get sound in this build due to budget issue, but will be getting two more sabers in the next month or so with sound so i can review the sound later. This is my Phantom V3 LE along with the MR Anikin ROTS that was my friend Ambers (Angel) saber but I'm replacing it for her since its blade is broken  Here are all my sabers together. The 2 red sabers batteries are dieing so they are not as bright as they normally are. They are just as bright as the Violet Amethyst if not brighter with fresh batteries  |

Those are some very nice sabers! I agree with you about the silver grooves, they just look fantastic against the black anodized hilt.

I don't have phantoms but I must say the same about my Dark Liberators; the silver really pops. |

It's that blk/Silver combo that makes it hard to go with the "Light" version of any of the basic sabers !  |

DC Thanks! The red saber on the right is the PVC saber I built, its the first PVC I've done. I have 4 more PVC sabers I'm working on one of which is for my friend Amber. Two of the PVC sabers I'm currently working on are curved hilts for my kids the third is just like the silver and black PVC one in the pic just no black on it then a larger version of it for the 4th for Amber. The other red saber with the longer blade is a TCSS piece of junk (sorry if your a fan of theirs just this one is poor quality), the treads were poorly done and the emitter wont tighten done properly, making it a pain for dueling. It's a nice saber to look at but I will never use it in a duel again now that I have a quality US saber. |

As you can see from the pic of all the sabers I have completed Black and silver is a common theme to my sabers. most sabers I will own will also be either red or Purple blades those are the only two colors I like. A double-bladed purple saber? Point for thinking outside the box, since I've never seen that before! Thanks, but that's not thinking outside the box for me. Purple and red are my two favorite colors besides black but cant get a black blade just yet. |
