What's going on friends and neighbors...
So, this happened to me, and I wanted to post it here in case it's happening to someone else; I had to contact CS a few times with a general question or two, but wasn't getting replied to, which for me is very odd - I'm usually lucky to get quick answers. Turns out they've been replying, but the replies went to my SPAM email folder.
I tested this out - the problem seems to be with replies to emails sent to the
info@ultrasabers.com address, rather than direct emails to a rep. So for any of you who have emailed the
info@ultrasabers.com address and waiting to hear back, check your spam folder. It's not a guarantee, but there's a chance that they have replied, you just haven't seen it.
