Hey everyone, I just joined the forum and put in an order for my first saber a few days ago, and I'm looking forward to putting it to good use once it arrives. I read that TPLA is a pretty good academy to get into for those wanting to learn some lightsaber martial arts and I'd like to get involved. From what little I've seen here you guys seem to be a pretty chill and friendly community, so I am glad to be here and look forward to training with you guys!

I decided to go with the Aeon LE V2, since I saw others saying that it is very practical and easy to wield when it comes to choreography/sparring. I really like orange, so I went with Pyrestone orange and I'm eager to see it up close. I can prolly send you guys a picture of it once it gets delivered.

The saber arrived today. It feels very sturdy in my hands and is rather beautiful to look at. Unfortunately my camera doesn't really do it enough justice.
