I messed up my saber and I'm not sure how to fix it.

So awhile ago I got the Chosen One Saber. waited forever for the shipping. however I mistook the knobs at the top which hold the emitter shroud for the blade retention screw after I dinked with it the knob will no longer screw in and thus won't hold the emitter shroud. What should I do? if anyone has experience with this specific aspect of repair I'd appreciate any help. otherwise I'll have to buy another one.

I'm late to the game here but I just played with mine. I would try to loosen the other know and the blade retention screw (loosen not remove) the see if you can get the blade holder inside the hilt to move around enough to start the screw. Only the forward most screw (knob) holds the shroud on and it screws into the blade holder on the inside not into the outer main hilt body. The body has a smooth hole but it needs to align to the threaded hol3 in the blade holder.
