Since the Standard Issue and Liberator are available in red and blue anodized finishes, US clearly has the capability to apply those finishes to aluminium. My question is, can I special-order any of the other aluminum sabres in, say, a blue anodized finish?

Best way to find out is to email Deep at [email protected]. While it may be possible I don't know that they do the anodizing on site. Also they are pretty crazy busy so I have to tell you the likely answer is a "No, sorry." Won't hurt to ask the source though. Cheers.

From what I understand they don't anodize on a case by case basis because it is prohibitively expensive to do so on a single saber. When the anodize sabers such as the Dominix they do a whole bunch at once to keep the cost of the finished product down.

Anodizing a single hilt would cost about 250 bucks, which includes the prep, bath, post cleaning, and two-way shipping. The only way to keep the price of anodized hilts reasonable is to do 20 or more at once.
That said, we're always open to making anodized special editions of our sabers. What do yall think would look good?

For myself, I'd love to see the Catalyst in red / blue.

I'm with Threadjack, A gun-metal gray finish would be pretty gnarly.

I love the gold accents on the Shock LE, and would love to see that detailing be an option on other sabers... Personally a Dark Shock with the gold accents would be a dream for me...

I'm a huge fan of how red hilts look, it would be quite nice to see some LE's in red.

Oh no Ultra has really opened up a can of worms this time...
I gotta go with TJ, gunmetal grey would look awesome on a hilt. Personally I prefer more neutral colors, that way you can put any color you like for the blade. Just my own preference though.
