Hello,
I just got the saber that I won at the recent SANS conference.  When I got it, the purple battery was popped out of the battery holder.  I put the battery back in the holder and it still would not turn on.  I was able to get the saber to turn on with the power supply.  I use the enclosed battery charger to check the purple battery.
I don't know quite what to do with the saber.  Can you make a recommendation?

Let the batteries charge all the way, put the batteries back in all the way and the correct way as well, flat end goes on the spring piece, if that doesn't work might just need new batteries anyway for some weird reason which are cheap so
