How new is your board? Is it one of the newer ones with a single larger battery or one with two AA sized batteries? The reason I ask is the older boards (two AA sized batteries) use the older mini USB ports and the newer boards with the single battery use micro USB ports. If it's the older board and you're using Windows, then it's a driver issue. Microsoft has incredibly old and outdated drivers for those ports.
I just posted similar to this. Mine has 2 AA batteries and is from around 2011 or 2012. So if this is the case, what do I do?
